Instructions
Prepare the Marinade
- Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for best flavor).
Cook the Chicken
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange Chicken: Place marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up. Avoid overcrowding to allow proper air circulation.
- Air Fry: Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and crispy, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to settle.
