For the Sweet Potatoes:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

  1. Peel and Cut the Sweet Potatoes: Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into wedges, about 1-inch thick.
  2. Season the Sweet Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cook the Sweet Potatoes: Place the seasoned sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Add the Toppings

  1. Top with Parmesan and Rosemary: Once the sweet potatoes are done cooking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary over the hot potatoes.
  2. Finish Cooking: Return the sweet potatoes to the air fryer for another 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp up the topping.
