Assemble the Hats

1. Prep the Chips: Lay out your Bugle chips on a flat surface, such as a baking sheet or platter.
2. Frost the Bugles: Use a small knife or spoon to spread the red frosting around the base of each Bugle chip.
3. Add the Marshmallow Tip: Place a mini marshmallow on top of the frosted part of each chip to create the Santa hat’s point.
