Instructions
Prepare the Pecans
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Toss the Pecans: Add the pecans to the butter-sugar mixture, tossing them until they’re evenly coated.
- Bake the Pecans: Spread the pecans out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pecans are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
- Cool and Serve: Allow the pecans to cool on the baking sheet. They will crisp up as they cool down. Once they’re fully cooled, enjoy the sweet crunch!
