For the Jello Layers:

  • 1 (3 oz) box of orange Jello
  • 1 (3 oz) box of lemon or pineapple Jello
  • 1 (3 oz) box of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups water (divided)
  • 2 cups milk (for the pudding layer)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Orange Layer

  1. Dissolve the Orange Jello: In a medium bowl, mix the orange Jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Chill the Layer: Pour the orange Jello into a clear glass dish or individual cups. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Prepare the Pudding Layer

  1. Mix the Pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until thickened.
  2. Add the Pudding Layer: Once the orange layer is set, carefully spoon the pudding over it. Return to the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set.

Prepare the Yellow Layer

  1. Dissolve the Yellow Jello: In a bowl, combine the lemon or pineapple Jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the Yellow Layer: Once the pudding layer is set, carefully pour the yellow Jello over it. Return to the refrigerator until fully set, about another hour.

Final Touches

  1. Serve: Once all layers are set, slice and serve chilled. Top with whipped cream if desired.
