- Drizzle of caramel (optional)
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate
- Prepare Your Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.
Dip the Pretzels
- Dip Pretzels in Chocolate: Hold a pretzel by the end and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating about two-thirds of the pretzel. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Decorate the Pretzels: Immediately after dipping, sprinkle on your choice of sprinkles, crushed nuts, or drizzle with caramel while the chocolate is still soft.
Let Them Set
- Cool the Pretzels: Lay the dipped pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set for about 10 minutes at room temperature. For quicker results, you can refrigerate them for 5 minutes.
