For the Bites:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Optional Toppings:
- Chopped pecans
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- A drizzle of honey
Instructions
Prepare the Puff Pastry
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- Cut the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 24 equal squares. Press each square into the mini muffin tin to form little cups.
Fill with Brie and Cranberry
- Add Brie: Place a small piece of brie cheese into each puff pastry cup.
- Add Cranberry Sauce: Spoon a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
Bake the Bites
- Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool Slightly: Remove from the oven and let the bites cool in the tin for a few minutes before serving.
