Cranberry Brie Bites

For the Bites:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped pecans
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • A drizzle of honey

Instructions

Prepare the Puff Pastry

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 24 equal squares. Press each square into the mini muffin tin to form little cups.

Fill with Brie and Cranberry

  1. Add Brie: Place a small piece of brie cheese into each puff pastry cup.
  2. Add Cranberry Sauce: Spoon a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.

Bake the Bites

  1. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Cool Slightly: Remove from the oven and let the bites cool in the tin for a few minutes before serving.
