For the Candy:

- 1 (12 oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Prepare the Crockpot
- Set the Crockpot: Place the salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, and all the chocolate chips in the slow cooker.
- Melt the Chocolate: Cover and cook on low for 1.5–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t burn.
- Stir in Vanilla: Once everything is melted and smooth, stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
Shape the Candy
- Prepare the Parchment Paper: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the Candy: Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the melted chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a little apart.
- Let it Set: Allow the chocolate to cool and harden at room temperature, about 1–2 hours. For a quicker set, place the baking sheet in the fridge.
- Prep Time: 10 min.
- Cook Time: 1.5–2 hours (on low)
