For the Bake:
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Prepare the Ingredients
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Cook the Kielbasa: In a large skillet, cook the sliced kielbasa over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until it’s browned and slightly crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Mushrooms: In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes, until softened. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assemble the Bake
- Layer the Ingredients: Spread the cooked kielbasa and mushrooms evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Whisk the Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the Eggs: Pour the egg mixture over the kielbasa and mushrooms in the baking dish.
- Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the center.
