Instructions
- Choose Your Base: Start with a large platter, wooden board, or a tray. The size will depend on how many people you’re serving.
- Arrange the Cheeses: Place the cheeses in different corners or sections of the board, giving them plenty of space. Don’t forget to include a knife for each cheese that needs one.
- Add the Meats: Fold or roll the slices of salami and prosciutto into small bundles and arrange them alongside the cheeses.
- Incorporate the Crackers and Bread: Scatter crackers around the cheeses. Slice the baguette and fan the pieces out on the board.
- Place the Fruits: Fill in the gaps with grapes, apple slices, and fresh berries. The vibrant colors will bring the board to life.
- Add Nuts and Olives: Nestle small piles of roasted nuts and olives in the corners of the board.
- Drizzle with Honey or Jam: For a sweet touch, drizzle honey over the brie or add a small jar of fig jam near the cheeses.
- Garnish: Top the board with a few sprigs of fresh herbs to elevate the presentation.
- Prep Time: 20 min.
