- 2 cups colorful gumdrops, chopped
Instructions
Melt the Base
- Prep Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra on the sides for easy removal.
- Melt Butter and Chocolate: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add Marshmallows: Stir in the mini marshmallows and heat for 15-20 seconds. Mix until fully melted and combined.
Add Gumdrops
- Fold in Gumdrops: Allow the nougat mixture to cool slightly before folding in the chopped gumdrops to prevent them from melting.
Set the Candy
- Spread in Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Cut and Serve
- Slice Into Pieces: Lift the nougat out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into bite-sized squares with a sharp knife.
