- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower
- Steam the Cauliflower: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and steam until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain and Dry: Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain well and let it sit for a few minutes to remove excess moisture.
Mash the Cauliflower
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, butter, and minced garlic.
- Mash: Use a potato masher, food processor, or immersion blender to mash the cauliflower until smooth and creamy.
- Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
