Instructions
Prepare the Spoons
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Add Peppermint Flavor: Stir in the peppermint extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Dip the Spoons: Hold each spoon by the handle and dip the bowl of the spoon into the melted chocolate, coating it generously. Tap gently to remove any excess chocolate.
- Decorate the Spoons: While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle crushed candy canes or peppermint candies onto the chocolate-coated part of each spoon. If you’re adding sprinkles or a drizzle of chocolate, do so now.
- Chill the Spoons: Place the spoons on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.
