Instructions
Make the Fudge
- Melt the Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until everything is melted and smooth.
- Add Peppermint: Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
- Fold in Oreos: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
- Pour Into Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for about 1 hour, or until it is firm and set.
Garnish and Serve
- Add Extra Oreos: Before the fudge fully sets, sprinkle some extra crushed Oreos on top for a little extra crunch.
- Cut Into Squares: Once set, remove from the pan and cut into squares. Serve immediately or store for later!
