Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
- Wash and Pierce Potatoes: Scrub the potatoes under running water to remove any dirt. Dry them thoroughly with a towel. Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape while baking.
- Roast the Potatoes: Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange them on the baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
