Sugar Cookie Fudge

  • Author: Martha
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fudge:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie crumbs (from about 34 sugar cookies)
  • Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Fudge

  1. Melt the Mixture: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter. Stir occasionally until everything is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add Flavor: Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar cookie crumbs. Continue stirring until fully incorporated.
  3. Set in the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 45 minutes or until it’s firm to the touch.
  5. Cut and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares. Top with sprinkles or colored sugar for a festive touch, if desired.
