For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the Dough

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Shape and Bake

  1. Scoop Dough: Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers still look soft.
  3. Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
