- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
- Salt, to taste
For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (your choice)
Instructions
Prepare the Pretzel Sticks
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Buffalo Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir until well combined.
- Coat the Pretzels: Place the pretzel rods in a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the pretzels and toss them gently to coat evenly.
- Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Lay the coated pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt to taste.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pretzels are golden and crispy.
- Cool Slightly: Let the pretzel sticks cool for a few minutes before serving.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
- Make the Dip: While the pretzel sticks are baking, prepare the dipping sauce. If you’re using store-bought ranch or blue cheese dressing, simply place it in a small serving bowl. If you’d like, you can mix in a little buffalo sauce for an added kick.
