Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • Author: Martha
  • Total Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

Scale

Here’s what you’ll need to make Frozen Yogurt Bark:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (like almonds or pistachios)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra nutrients)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

  1. Mix the Yogurt: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter base. Stir well until smooth.

Assemble the Bark

  1. Line a Baking Tray: Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray or rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the tray and spread it evenly with a spatula, aiming for about 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the strawberries, blueberries, granola, nuts, and chia seeds evenly over the yogurt. Gently press down to ensure they stick.

Freeze the Bark

  1. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

Serve and Enjoy

  1. Break Into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the tray and peel off the parchment paper. Break into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately or store for later.
