Instructions

Prepare the Carrots

  1. Boil the Carrots: In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the carrots and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Make the Glaze

  1. Melt Butter: In the same pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add Honey and Seasonings: Stir in the honey, salt, and black pepper, mixing until well combined.

Glaze the Carrots

  1. Combine Carrots and Glaze: Add the cooked carrots back into the pot. Toss them in the honey glaze, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  2. Heat Through: Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are heated through and well glazed.
