Ingredients
Scale
For the Dip:
- 2 cups cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Turkey Bacon Topping:
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Cook the Turkey Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan, let it cool, and crumble it into small pieces. - Mix the Dip Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well-combined. - Prepare the Topping:
In a small bowl, combine the crushed crackers with melted butter. Then, stir in the crumbled turkey bacon for that extra smoky flavor. - Assemble the Dip:
Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish (an 8×8-inch dish works perfectly). Spread it evenly and top with the turkey bacon cracker mixture. - Bake:
Bake for about 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the topping is golden brown and crispy. - Serve:
Once done, remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
