Instructions
Prepare the Dough

Assemble the Pizza Pockets
- Add the Sauce: Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce onto the center of each dough square, spreading it out evenly while leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the Cheese: Add a generous handful of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add the Toppings: Place a few slices of pepperoni (or your choice of toppings) on top of the cheese. Don’t overstuff—leave enough room for sealing the edges.
Seal and Bake the Pizza Pockets
- Fold and Seal: Carefully fold each dough square in half to form a triangle or rectangle, depending on your preferred shape. Press the edges together to seal, crimping with a fork to ensure they stay closed during baking.
- Brush with Olive Oil: Brush the tops of the pizza pockets with a little olive oil to help them brown beautifully.
- Add Seasoning: Sprinkle the tops with garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Bake: Place the pizza pockets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Cool and Serve
- Cool Slightly: Allow the pizza pockets to cool for a few minutes before serving to avoid burning your mouth on the hot cheese inside.
- Serve with Extra Sauce: If you like, serve the pizza pockets with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
