Instructions

Cook the Corn

  1. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  2. Add Corn: Add the corn to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Spice It Up: Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the corn evenly with the spices.
  4. Continue Cooking: Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the corn is heated through and slightly charred.

Finish and Serve

  1. Add Lime Juice: Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the lime juice.
