Instructions
Prepare the Donuts
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

Assemble the Donuts
- Fill with Cheesecake: Using the piping bag, insert the tip into the side of each donut and gently fill with cheesecake mixture.
- Dip in Glaze: Dip the top of each donut into the strawberry glaze, allowing excess to drip off.
